I am looking for a mission trip for youth (doesn’t matter where, really). I am most interested in working with children. Also, could you include a website, if they have one?
I couldn’t find a fitting category, so, I just randomly selected one!
Acquire the Fire has mission trips every year.

You could also check out this article (which is not, despite its title, against mission trips)

It is on the Center for Student Missions site, or CMS, but it doesn’t look like individuals can sign up – it is more for youth groups.

You should definitely check with the youth pastor at your church. Or if you aren’t currently attending a church, look for one nearby with a youth group.
Also, there are probably limitless opportunities for ministry in your own or surrounding communities. Remember Matthew 25:31-40

Hungry, poor, broken, sick and imprisoned people are everywhere. And all of them need a friend who isn’t afraid to love them and show they care.

You might find better answers under a different category. I think you could get some good responses under the Society and Culture: Religion & Spirituality or Society and Culture: Community Service tabs.
But while I’m here, I might as well suggest one of my favorite mission ideas ever. If you are in North America (although you can still go if you are overseas), look into the organization called UrbanPromise.
Basically, UrbanPromise is an organization dedicated to providing innercity children with a safe place to be at during summer and after school. It also provides them with love and a great place to learn about Jesus.
I would suggest going during summer to work at the summer camps. You could intern there. On the website, there is an application.
There are four different UrbanPromise locations. Camden, New Jersey; Wilmington, Delaware; Toronto, Canada; and Vancouver, Canada.
There are a few links down in my sources for you to look at. I would highly suggest UrbanPromise. Amazing, amazing organization.
Just know that you would be in the innercity of some pretty dangerous places. But you would be working with children (lovely, lovely children). The only camp I have experience with is the one in Wilmington, so I can only attest to it. But I hate a fantastic time.
